Today I woke up to a bowl of oatmeal without my blueberries. A lack of memory has been plaguing me lately, and I know I can blame it on lots of things. My age. Overload. Stress. Too much reality t.v. The list goes on.

So I raced to the supermarket only to find that blueberries have gone up to five dollars for a small carton. The raspberries were $1.99. But I don’t think they help your memory. (I looked it up, but who can remember?)

I figured I’d ration them out, twenty blueberries a bowl, and make the carton last.

Or maybe, if I’m lucky, I’ll forget how much I paid for the blueberries that will improve my memory.

What I DO remember is that I’ve never gotten more compliments on my hair, following my recent Geo Palette color. It’s the most revolutionary new color system anywhere, and I actually had someone follow me into Gristedes in NYC to ask where I got my color done. When I told her Bewitched Salon in Woodmere, she looked at me as though I wanted her to fly to the moon. But we are simply a subway ride away for the most fabulous color, only available here, or at the Beehive in Brooklyn, or select salons in Florida.

Try it. You won’t need blueberries to remember you how much you love it.
